Product Manager - Debit Card & SMS

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 

Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 

3–5 years of experience in Cards Business, Digital Banking, Product Management, or related financial services.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

➡️ Strong understanding of card portfolio management and payment ecosystems.

➡️ Knowledge of card schemes, e-commerce, POS, ATM, and digital banking channels.

➡️ Strong analytical, planning, and portfolio management skills.

➡️ Experience in product development, pricing, and campaign management.

➡️ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

➡️ Proficiency in MIS reporting, MS Excel, and data analysis.

➡️ Leadership and team management skills.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 

➡️ Develop and execute strategies to grow debit card issuance, activation, transaction volumes, and portfolio profitability. 

➡️ Manage the debit card product portfolio, including product enhancements, pricing, and value propositions. 

➡️ Drive growth in e-commerce, POS and digital transaction volumes through targeted initiatives and campaigns. 

➡️ Monitor portfolio performance, analyse trends, and implement actions to achieve business targets. 

➡️ Lead customer engagement, retention, and activation programs to increase card usage and spend. 

➡️ Manage relationships with payment schemes, processors, and key internal and external stakeholders. 

➡️ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, scheme mandates, and internal policies. 

➡️ Identify and implement new business opportunities, and product innovations. 

➡️ Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental objectives.
