Rastgar Engineering is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Development Manager to lead our mechanical design and product innovation efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven engineering professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Role Summary:
You will head the design team, drive new product development, create and review mechanical designs, validate prototypes, perform engineering calculations, and ensure smooth execution of projects from concept through completion.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8–10 years of relevant industry experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools
Excellent project management and documentation skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Analytical problem-solving mindset with solid technical depth
Customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated approach
