Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8–10 years of relevant experience
Strong command of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD software
Expertise in project management & documentation
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Problem-solving mindset with technical depth
Customer-focused and highly self-motivated
