ย โข Source, negotiate and procure materials, equipment and services from both local and international suppliers.
ย โข Conduct research of specialized vendors for new inquiries on Alibaba, Made in China, etc.
ย โข Maintain and update the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
ย โข Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery terms.
ย โข Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and specifications.
ย โข Issue purchase orders (POs) and track the delivery of goods to ensure on-time receipt.
ย โข Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
ย โข Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.
ย โข Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or pricing discrepancies.
ย โข Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
