Position Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities for our FMCG Operations. The role involves ensuring timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services at optimal cost and quality, supporting production and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost
effectiveness.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with planning, production, and finance teams.
- Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and quality
standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
