Processing Merchandiser

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Processing Merchandiser to coordinate and monitor the end-to-end processing of orders from development to production at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of production plans, coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, and monitor order progress to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, production coordination, order processing, or apparel manufacturing.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

- Monitor order processing activities, including fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and packing.

- Track production timelines and ensure orders are processed according to approved schedules.

- Follow up with suppliers and internal departments to avoid production delays.

- Prepare and maintain order status reports, production updates, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate sample approvals and ensure production follows approved specifications.

- Monitor material availability and communicate potential shortages or delays.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.

- Resolve processing-related issues and escalate critical concerns to management.

- Support the achievement of on-time delivery targets and customer requirements.
