We are hiring for the position of Process Improvement Executive (Male) at Sera Pakistan.
Location: Faisalabad Plant
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and improve production and operational processes.
• Identify wastage, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Prepare and maintain ISO 9001-related documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports, SOPs, and process flow documentation.
• Support management in achieving productivity and efficiency targets.
Requirements:
• BSc Engineering qualification.
• Experience in sanitary, ceramic, or any other relevant manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 documentation and process compliance.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
