Macrosoft Pakistan is looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer
Experience: 12+ years
Location : Remote
Baseline:
o Fluent in Typescript and type level thinking. Knows ESM etc.
o Expert in JS Framework – Astro preferred, but React/Vite is ok too with ability
to quickly learn Astro.
o Fluent in building UI components from design files like Figma
o Knows CSS/JS in depth
o Edge/Serverless (eg. Cloudflare) runtime understanding
o Experience using AI tools for code development. Understanding where it
fails and where it excels.
Must haves:
o In depth knowledge of HTTP and the request/response lifecycle
o Strong in web fundamentals
o Know how to effectively use AI tools for day-to-day development. Skills,
etc.
o Web technologies: SSR vs islands vs client
o Understands Accessibility and JS performance
o Hands on working with Async + concurrency model
o Good in API design
o Security reasoning – CSRF, authN, least priviledge concept etc.
o Well versed with security in Javascript ecosystems – pnpm, npm etc.

o Adapt at working with remote teams in different timezones
