We’re Hiring: Pricing Estimator (US-Based Construction Estimation)

Location: Faisalabad (On-site)

Shift: Evening/Night Shift (Aligned with US Timings)

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year (US Pricing Experience Required)

Job Summary

EHM Technology Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Estimator with hands-on experience in US-based construction estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately pricing material, labor, and subcontractor costs based on takeoffs and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing based on project takeoffs

Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Perform quantity takeoffs and apply appropriate US market pricing

Coordinate with the estimation team to meet deadlines

Review vendor/subcontractor quotations and ensure cost efficiency

Maintain updated knowledge of US construction pricing trends

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year experience in US construction pricing/estimation

Strong understanding of takeoffs and pricing methodologies

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (plans, sections, details)

Proficiency in estimation tools/software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, Excel)

Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Good communication and time management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred)

Relevant certifications in estimation tools will be a plus
