Ad Labz is a Google-certified performance agency specializing in SaaS and B2B solutions. We run full-funnel PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing with tight tracking and landing-page ownership.
Location: On-site at our office in Karachi
Hours: Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM PKT
What you will do
•Own strategy, builds, and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Bing.
•Translate ICPs and offers into audience plans, keyword maps, creatives, and landing-page briefs.
•Set up and maintain tracking across GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and offline conversions tied to CRM stages.
•Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses on bids, messaging, audiences, creatives, and LPs.
•Forecast, pace, and reallocate budgets toward SQLs and the pipeline.
•Build clear reporting in Looker Studio and Sheets and present insights on client calls.
•Use LLMs to generate and iterate ad copy, RSA assets, hooks, and LP angles with testable variants.
•Build lightweight LLM automations to summarize search term reports, propose negatives, and cluster queries.
•Maintain prompt libraries and guardrails for offers, audience research, and creative briefs.
•Connect platforms to HubSpot and dashboards with low-code tools such as Apps Script, n8n, or Power Automate.
What you bring
•3–5+ years hands-on PPC for B2B or SaaS lead gen.
•Depth in Google Ads (Search, PMax/Demand Gen, YouTube, Display) and strong LinkedIn Ads experience; Meta/Bing a plus.
•Managed 30k–100k USD monthly across multiple accounts with proven CPL and pipeline wins.
•Tracking fluency across GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and basic server-side or offline conversion setups.
•Strong analysis in Sheets/Excel with tidy dashboards and QC checks.
•Clear communication with clients and internal teams.
•Practical experience using LLMs or LLM APIs for ad ops and creative testing with documented prompts and QA steps.
•Ability to audit AI outputs for accuracy, brand safety, and compliance before deployment.
