We are hiring “Planning Manager” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad). 

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive market and competitive analysis to provide proactive insights that anticipate competitor strategies.

Facilitate and drive the monthly planning cycle (S&OP), ensuring efficiency, accurate planning, and timely decision-making to avoid opportunity loss or cost.

Deliver in-depth market understanding to ensure accurate industry, volume, and share planning, with quality inputs into regional and global milestones.

Coordinate the development of integrated long-term macroeconomic forecasts, short-term forecasts, and competitive business scenarios as input into corporate and marketing plans.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of market, industry, and demand planning insights.

Continuously improve forecasting tools and methodologies for stronger data analysis and reporting.

Support above-market reporting and ensure cadence in planning, reporting, and forecasting with actionable insights.

Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, building strong cross-functional collaboration.

Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive high performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing planning, demand planning, or FMCG/tobacco industry roles.

Strong expertise in forecasting techniques and marketing/demand planning processes.

Proficiency in competitor analysis and both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Proven project management experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Senior stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Team management experience, including coaching and motivating team members.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively.

Regional experience and financial background preferred.
