๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi
Universal Packaging Company (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Executive to support daily production planning activities, SAP-based operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
๐ธRecord daily production and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant departments
๐ธCreate, monitor, and support Production Orders in SAP
๐ธAssist in new material induction and master data accuracy
๐ธCreate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP
๐ธMaintain bobbin and carton records, including issuance and consumption tracking
๐ธCoordinate with Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams
๐ธPrepare accurate weekly and monthly SAP reports
๐ธPerform additional tasks assigned by management
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
๐ธBachelorโs degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
๐ธ1โ3 years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA
๐ธStrong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering)
๐ธHigh attention to detail with strong coordination and communication skills
