We are hiring “Planning Executive” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad). 

Responsibilities

Analyze socio-economic variables and their impact on consumer and category dynamics to identify industry trend shifts.

Support forecast adjustments in response to local economic environment changes and their effect on business KPIs.

Identify drivers of business performance and incorporate them into short-term sales and demand plans.

Assess internal and external factors to develop long-term forecasts that inform pricing and business recommendations.

Conduct deep-dive analysis of market performance and trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

Leverage internal and external sources of information to address key business questions with meaningful insights.

Evaluate company performance against competitor activities to support strategic and tactical decisions.

Drive industry analysis and trends, including share and volume projections, to feed into the Integrated Business Planning & Management (IBPM) cycle.

Align marketing deployment and activation activities with commercial requirements.

Prepare and deliver materials for the IBPM cycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, demand planning, or business analysis.

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of data sources and market intelligence tools.

Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and forecasting.

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge across multiple categories and an understanding of the IBPM process preferred.
