We are hiring “Planning Associate” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad). 

Responsibilities

Support forecast adjustments in line with local economic changes and their impact on business KPIs.

Analyze socio-economic variables to understand their influence on consumer and category dynamics.

Identify performance drivers and incorporate them into short-term sales and demand plans.

Assess the impact of internal and external factors to support long-term forecasting, pricing decisions, and strategic recommendations.

Conduct deep-dive analysis of market performance and trends to generate actionable business insights and remedial recommendations.

Utilize all available information sources to investigate and provide insights into key business questions.

Interpret and evaluate company performance in the context of competitor activities to support decision-making.

Drive industry analysis and trends, including share and volume projections, to feed into the Integrated Business Planning & Management (IBPM) cycle.

Prepare materials for IBPM cycle reviews and updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability.

Prior experience in marketing preferred.

Knowledge of relevant data sources.

Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and forecasting.

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of multiple categories and Basic understanding of the IBPM process preferred.
