Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Islamabad team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in managing paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive high-quality leads and conversions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting performance marketing activities to support Moveit’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.

2. Track daily campaign performance, optimize for ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

3. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

4. Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

5. Implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance.

6. Monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager) to evaluate performance and generate weekly reports.

7. Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, spends, and forecasting.

8. Ensure campaigns support brand objectives and align with Moveit’s marketing strategies.

9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising (minimum 1–2 years).

2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

3.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

4. Understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, retargeting, and optimization strategies.

5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

6. Strong communication and reporting skills.
