Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, Remote (Pakistan)

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong Google PPC background to convert clicks into qualified leads across our European markets, fully remote from Pakistan.
Responsibilities
Plan & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) & LinkedIn Ads
Analyze user journeys & deliver weekly ROI reports
Build & optimize lead funnels and landing pages
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences & landing pages
Monitor competitors & identify new campaign opportunities
Your Profile
2+ years hands-on Google PPC Ads experience (hard requirement)
Proven results: CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion tracking
Proficient in Google Analytics, Ads Manager & Tag Manager
SEMrush / Ahrefs / HubSpot experience is a big plus
Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus
Strong English communication skills
Self-driven & comfortable working with a European team remotely
