✔️ Success Factors:
- Drive Perfect Store program execution by onboarding and managing high-potential outlets
- Set targets and monitor performance across outlet segments and regions
- Develop dashboards and insights to track KPIs and execution health
- Identify gaps in market execution and implement data-driven action plans
- Ensure compliance with MSL, planograms, and execution standards
- Partner with sales teams through regular market visits and on-ground coaching
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost sales performance
✔️ Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, FMCG, or commercial excellence
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and KPI tracking tools
