Job Title: Pendo Implementation & Configuration Contractors

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 | Macrosoft Pakistan 

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

-We are seeking multiple Pendo Implementation & Configuration Contractors to assist in updating and standardizing Pendo configurations across our products within our portfolio.

-The role involves hands-on work within the Pendo platform, ensuring consistency in tagging, event tracking, metadata configuration, guide management, and visitor/account mapping.

-You’ll collaborate closely with the internal Pendo SME and product teams to execute the configuration plan, validate tracking, and ensure the analytics setup meets business and product reporting needs.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

· Review existing Pendo configurations for assigned products.

· Update and standardize Pendo tagging, metadata, and event tracking based on provided configuration guidelines.

· Implement naming conventions, segment updates, and metadata mapping to align with enterprise standards.

· Validate and QA tagging to ensure events are captured accurately.

· Work with product owners and engineering teams (as needed) to verify visitor/account ID logic.

· Assist with guide migration, targeting, and segment refinements where applicable.

· Document configuration changes and provide final sign-off for each product.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

· Hands-on experience with Pendo administration/configuration.

· Solid understanding of web analytics and product analytics concepts (e.g., visitors, events, segments, metadata).

· Ability to work within multiple product environments.

· Experience working with JavaScript tracking snippets or browser console for validation (basic technical comfort).

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized tagging plans.

· Excellent documentation and communication skills.

· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision under tight timelines.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

· Experience in multi-product environments.

· Prior work with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is a plus.

· Background in product operations or digital analytics implementation.
