🚨 WE ARE HIRING | Payroll Assistant | Walk-In Interviews
JAPAN ELECTRONICS is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our Head Office team in Islamabad.
📍 Location: Japan Electronics Head Office, 2nd Floor, Save Mart, G-11 Markaz, Islamabad
💼 Position: Payroll Assistant
💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Based on Experience)
🕒 Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
✔ 1–3 years of payroll administration experience
✔ Hands-on experience processing payroll for multiple retail branches/outlets
✔ Experience with ERP/HRIS and manual payroll calculations
✔ Sound knowledge of taxation, statutory deductions, and labor laws
✔ Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments
• Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Coordinate payroll disbursements and reconciliations with Finance
• Maintain employee compensation records and payroll documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Generate payroll reports and maintain confidentiality of payroll information
📌 Preference will be given to candidates residing in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
