Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an analytical Payroll Accountant to manage and review the organization's payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursements. The incumbent will be responsible for payroll verification, statutory deductions, reconciliations, and coordination with HR and Finance teams.

๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related fieldย
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- 3โ5 years of experience in payroll accounting, payroll processing, or a related function.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Review and verify monthly payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely processing of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other employee payments.
- Reconcile payroll records with attendance, leave, and HR data.
- Verify statutory deductions, including EOBI, social security, income tax, and other applicable deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll-related records.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in payroll audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
