Softnox Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager / Admin to lead day-to-day operations and streamline admin processes. This role is critical in improving SOPs, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and supporting cross-functional teams.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business/Operations or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office & ERP/CRM systems
🎯 Bonus if you have:
- Tech/IT industry experience
- Budgeting & vendor negotiation skills
- Knowledge of compliance & facility management
