Job Title: Operations & Fleet Manager
Reports to: Company Commercial Leadership
Location: Lahore
Job Summary:
Lead the daily management of trucks and their route movements, ensuring on-time delivery and penalty-free operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily truck routes, hitting KPIs (reporting compliance, correct size reporting, readiness)
- Oversee fleet compliance and maintain backup pool
- Manage rental vendor network and vendor payments
- Monitor fuel-card usage and transit-time performance
- Single point of contact for client escalations and disputes
- Lead KPI reporting and drive backhaul opportunities
Requirements:
3-6 years in heavy-transport/logistics with 40+ 40ft vehicle experience
- Strong command of fueling averages, turnaround times, and vendor management
- FMCG/food-grade compliance familiarity; strong with trackers and KPI reporting
- Highly organized, strong negotiator, calm under pressure
