About the Role:
Interlink Engineering is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will support daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and coordinate across departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
Attend and respond to calls, emails, and client queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain reports, operational records, and documentation.
Assist in planning and execution of operational strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
