Miniso Pakistan ® is Hiring: Operations Data Analyst

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and support operational excellence across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor and analyze inventory movements and negative inventory across stores

✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards

✅ Validate operational data from stores, warehouses, and ERP systems

✅ Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and stock variances

✅ Support operational audits, stock counts, and reconciliations

✅ Analyze store performance trends and operational KPIs

✅ Maintain structured operational datasets and historical records

✅ Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards

Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field

💼 2-4 years of experience in:

• Data Analysis

• Operations Analytics

• Inventory Control

• Operations Reporting

📈 Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas)

• Power BI or similar BI and visualization tools

• Strong data validation, reconciliation, and reporting skills

• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management platforms

🌟 Preferred:

• Experience in the retail or supply chain industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
