I am looking to fill the following position at Wonder Craftz

𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Onboarding Sales Executive - (Male) 

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Near Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore (Hybrid)

𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Hybrid | Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon to Sat)

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Tameer.ai

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲: Builders & Material Suppliers 

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven male Sales Executive to identify, approach, and onboard vendors, builders, contractors, and material suppliers in the construction sector. This role involves both field visits and desk work, offering significant earning potential and career growth in sales and vendor management.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 & 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆: Research and shortlist potential vendors, builders, and sellers.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Connect with prospective partners via calls, site visits, emails, and networking events.

𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 & 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁: Deliver compelling sales presentations and platform demonstrations.

𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Guide vendors through registration, documentation, and product listing.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Build strong vendor relationships and ensure satisfaction.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Track construction market trends, competitor activities, and new vendor categories.

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Maintain records of leads and conversions; coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

 • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or vendor acquisition (construction/real estate/B2B marketplace preferred).

 • Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and contractors.

 • Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.

 • Proven networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

 • Confident in delivering presentations and onboarding sessions.

 • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, etc.

 • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
