MBA / BBA (preferably in Supply Chain) or BS Textile Engineering (Garment Manufacturing) with 3โ5 years of relevant experience.

This position is responsible for supporting line loading and ensuring smooth production execution by coordinating across all relevant departments. The role develops and maintains an effective line loading plan aligned with ex-factory commitments, customer requirements, and capacity constraints, while working closely with Industrial Engineering (IE) to match workforce allocation with efficiency targets.
