Position: Officer / Senior Officer Yarn Dyeing
B.Sc. (chemical engineering / textile engineering / fiber technology / Chemistry) with 3-5 Years of experience as independent shift incharge
This position is responsible for supervising yarn dyeing operations within shift, ensuring accurate shade matching in line with customer standards and quality requirements. It oversees production efficiency, OEE, and process control while minimizing chemical and water consumption. The role involves troubleshooting dyeing issues, maintaining quality consistency, and ensuring compliance with EHS and safety protocols. The supervisor applies expertise in exhaust dyeing, bleaching mechanisms, and dye chemistry for nylon and polyester fibers. Strong command over shade matching, spectrophotometer use, and systems like OrgaTex is essential. Additionally, the role requires effective team management, problem-solving, and adherence to lean manufacturing practices.
