 🕓 Timings: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Q4: Oct–Dec) | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Jan–Sept)

 📅 Days: Monday – Friday

💼 1. E-Commerce Specialist

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with a Private Label (PL) brand.

Strong expertise in listings creation, management, and optimization.

Hands-on experience in account management, including inventory management, promotions planning, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple marketplaces efficiently.

💼 2. Senior Manager – Customer Support

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing SLAs, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with relevant teams for issue resolution.

Strong reporting and analytical skills for creating performance reports and tracking Customer Support KPIs.

Experience in improving store health and ensuring smooth support operations.

Must possess excellent communication, follow-up, and leadership skills.

💼 3. Walmart Account Management Specialist

Requirements:

Previous experience managing Walmart accounts for a Private Label (PL) brand.

In-depth knowledge of account management, listing optimization, and platform best practices.

Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive performance and implement strategies for scaling sales.

Strong analytical and operational skills.
