01. Strong written communication in English
02. Experience in customer support/sales (1 year preferred)
03. Professional and proactive in handling client queries

3️⃣ Sales Executive (Cold Calling)
01. Excellent spoken English
02. Prior experience in telesales/cold calling (1 year preferred)
03. Confident, persuasive, and result-driven
