Upsell Account Manager (Books & Digital Services)
Project Coordinator (Books & Digital Services)

Shift: Night shift | 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM

Upsell Account Manager, What You’ll Do:
➤ Manage existing client accounts with a focus on publishing & book marketing solutions.
➤ Identify upsell opportunities and pitch tailored service packages.
➤ Define promotional roadmaps (launches, pricing tests, platform positioning).
➤ Act as the bridge between clients and production teams.
➤ Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:
➤ Experience in account management or upsell sales (publishing/digital preferred).
➤ Strong English communication (verbal & written).
➤ Consultative selling and client-servicing skills.
➤ Familiarity with publishing & marketing trends.
➤ Comfortable with night shifts.

Project Coordinator, What You’ll Do:
➤ Coordinate with design, marketing, editorial & development teams.
➤ Translate client vision into actionable tasks.
➤ Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
➤ Provide reports and project updates.
➤ Resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication.

What We’re Looking For:
➤ 1–2 years of project coordination/account support (digital/publishing preferred).
➤ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
➤ Excellent communication & team management.
➤ Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Basecamp.
