Imperial Developers and Builders (Pvt.) Ltd (IDBL)
IDBL is a construction company and also managing O&M of Corporate Buildings throughout the country. The company is looking the staff for its Facility Management/ Operations Department. The candidate having appropriate qualification / experience shall apply for the positions stated as under:
1. Deputy Manager Facility (Karachi Based)
The incumbent with Engineering background and having 7-10 years’ work experience of the Hi-Rise Commercial /Corporate Building Facilities & Operations/ Maintenance work shall apply.
2. Assistant Manager Facility (Karachi Based)
The Incumbent holding Diploma/B.Tech /Engineering background and having 3-4 years’ work experience of the Hi-Rise Commercial/Corporate Building Facilities & Operations/ Maintenance work shall apply. The experience relating to the preparation of work reports on computer in necessary.
