1. General Manager – Operations, based in Islamabad.

The role is responsible for leading Gerry’s Visa operations across Pakistan, driving operational excellence, service quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and business performance across a nationwide network of Visa Application Centers. It will also lead operational teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, drive transformation, innovation, and process optimization initiatives, and serve as the key liaison with diplomatic missions, government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Sciences, or a related field, with 12–15 years of leadership experience in operations, customer service, aviation, hospitality, BPO, or other service-driven industries, are encouraged to apply. MBA preferred.

2. Regional Manager – Operations – Central, based in Lahore.

The role is responsible for leading and managing multiple Visa Application Centers within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and business performance. It will also drive regional KPIs and SLAs, optimize resources and costs, lead regional teams, strengthen relationships with diplomatic missions, government authorities, clients, and key stakeholders, and support business growth, operational expansion, and transformation initiatives.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline, with 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, customer service, aviation, hospitality, outsourcing, or other service-oriented industries, are encouraged to apply. Master’s degree preferred.
