Unit Head - AI & Automation (Data Department-Karachi) 

Lead enterprise‑wide AI & Automation roadmap,drive ML model development (credit risk, customer analytics, predictive systems),manage AI‑powered chatbot solutions and intelligent process automation.

Requirements: 8+ years’ experience, Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field; strong ML/AI expertise, Python/SQL proficiency, credit risk modeling experience, automation tools knowledge, and leadership skills.

 

Senior Manager - IT Governance (IT Department-Karachi) 

Establish and strengthen IT governance frameworks (SBP ETGRS, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001), lead regulatory compliance, manage IT risk, and act as focal point for SBP inspections.

Requires 7–8 years in IT governance/risk/compliance with relevant certifications preferred.

 

Assistant Manager - Deposits & Wealth Management (Business Department-Islamabad) 

Support liability & wealth product development, drive CASA growth, lead digital acquisition initiatives, and ensure Shariah/regulatory compliance.

Requires 5+ years in deposits/liabilities or digital banking with strong stakeholder management skills.

 

Executive - PMO (PMO & Partnership Department-Karachi) 

Support project planning, tracking, and reporting with cross‑functional coordination.

Requires Bachelor’s in Business/IT/Engineering, 1–2 years’ experience (fresh graduates may apply), and proficiency in MS Office & PM tools.
