1️⃣Customer Service Representative – ( Night Shift )

🕒 Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM | 5 Days a Week

📌 Work Mode: Faisalabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls, chats, or emails

- Provide accurate information regarding services and processes

- Resolve customer issues while ensuring high satisfaction levels

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) – Mandatory

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Prior BPO or customer support experience (preferred)

- Comfortable working night shifts – Mandatory

2️⃣ UI/UX Designer

🕒 Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM | 5 Days a Week

📌 Work Mode: Faisalabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design alignment

- Maintain consistency and usability across digital platforms

Requirements:

- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio

- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

3️⃣ LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

🕒 Shift: 4 PM – 1 AM | 5 Days a Week

📌 Work Mode: Faisalabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn

- Execute outreach and follow-up campaigns

- Maintain and manage lead databases and reports

- Coordinate with sales teams to support conversions

Requirements:

- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B sales

- Excellent written English communication skills

- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools

- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

What You’ll Learn:

- End-to-end truck dispatching operations

- Load booking, route planning, and coordination

- Professional communication with US drivers and brokers

- Industry fundamentals, compliance, and dispatch tools
