Thal Engineering is seeking motivated and experienced professionals for the roles of Assistant Manager โ Quality Assurance and Assistant Manager โ Production.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Lead day-to-day QA / Production activities and optimize processes and workflows.
Analyze production and quality data to implement improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support new product development, maintain SOPs/documentation, and drive cost reduction.
Train and guide operators to strengthen shop-floor performance.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Bachelorโs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial/IM, Automotive, or Materials).
4โ6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries (automotive, FMCG, or similar).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Japanese methodologies (5S, Kaizen, JIT, Jidoka, Poka Yoke).
Experience with quality tools, PFMEA, Control Plans, ISO & IATF standards.
Ability to read 2D/3D drawings, BOMs; AutoCAD, line balancing, and cycle time analysis.
Data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or digital tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
