- Senior Executive – Human Resources

- Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Location: Head Office — Karachi

Position: Senior Executive – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Coordinate HR operations including attendance, payroll support, and records management.

Support performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and internal coordination.

Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company values.

Maintain accurate employee data, files, and HR trackers.

Job Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on HR experience (retail/fashion industry preferred).

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.

Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment planning, talent acquisition, and workforce coordination.

Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.

Drive performance management processes, learning initiatives, and engagement programs.

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and best HR practices.

Job Requirements:

4–6 years of progressive HR experience.

Strong understanding of HR operations and people management.

Ability to take ownership, give and receive feedback, and think critically.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
