𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
🔹Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design processes across complex products.
🔹Proven expertise in Design Philosophy & building Design Systems for scalability.
🔹Experience in 2D & 3D application design.
🔹Hands-on design experience in AR/VR environments.
🔹Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender/3D tools, and prototyping tools.
🔹Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design.
🔹Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers.
🔹Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

📅 Experience: 2–3 Years in UI/UX design
Requirements:
🔹Strong understanding of UX design principles.
🔹Ability to create clickable prototypes & interactive wireframes.
🔹Experience in design systems and style guides.

🔹Good visual design skills with attention to detail.
🔹Understanding of responsive & mobile-first design.
🔹Basic knowledge of user research and testing methods.
