🚨 WE ARE HIRING | ELV ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL
J7 Emporium is looking for an experienced ELV Engineer to join our High-Rise Project team in Islamabad.
🔹 Position: ELV Engineer – Electrical
🔹 Project: J7 Emporium High-Rise Project
🔹 Location: Islamabad
🔹 Experience: 5–8+ years in ELV systems, preferably in high-rise/commercial projects
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate ELV system installation and site activities.
• Manage CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, SMATV, Intercom, Data/Network and other ELV systems.
• Review ELV shop drawings, layouts, specifications and technical submittals.
• Coordinate ELV works with electrical, MEP, civil and other site teams.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and ELV vendors.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection requests and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
🎓 B.E./B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
🏗️ 3–5+ years of relevant ELV experience
⚡ Strong knowledge of ELV systems and electrical coordination
📐 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
🤝 Strong site coordination and communication skills
🏢 High-rise/commercial project experience will be preferred
