🔵 WE’RE HIRING! HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / SR. EXECUTIVE

 Superior University Official is expanding its HR team and looking for talented individuals to join us in HR Operations at both Executive and Senior Executive levels.

💼 Available Positions:

1️⃣ HR Operations Executive

2️⃣ Senior HR Operations Executive

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations including employee records, personal files, contracts, and documentation

Handle attendance and leave management through Odoo/ERP and ensure accurate monthly data

Support end-to-end payroll processing, including verifying attendance, deductions, additions, overtime & allowances

Maintain and update employee information in Odoo/ERP HRIS

Ensure timely processing of onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations

Prepare HR letters: warnings, salary slips etc

Track probation reviews, renewals, and contract management

Coordinate with departments for data accuracy and timely HR compliance

Assist in employee query management related to attendance, pay, and documentation

Generate HR reports from ERP/Odoo (attendance summaries, headcount, turnover, payroll reports)

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

HR Operations Executive

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business

0–2 years of experience

Strong communication & coordination skills

Good understanding of HR operations basics

Senior HR Operations Executive

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR (MBA/MS preferred)

2–4 years of HR operations experience

Strong command on HRIS, payroll support & employee lifecycle management

Excellent stakeholder management
