 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Data Management & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and maintain data to generate accurate reports for business decision-making.

  • Database Maintenance: Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy across all MIS systems.

  • Automation & Process Improvement: Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards for operational efficiency.

  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business operations.

  • Technical Support: Assist teams with troubleshooting MIS-related issues and system enhancements.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper records of reports, logs, and system updates for audit purposes.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to align data strategies.

  • Trend Analysis & Insights: Provide business intelligence by identifying trends and patterns from data reports.

 

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Strong MS Excel and data reporting skills

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and databases

  • Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
