Meta & Instagram Shop Growth Specialist (Ecommerce – US Market)

We are an established and growing Private Label (PL) ecommerce brand selling on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Temu, Target, and other marketplaces. We’re now expanding into Meta (Facebook & Instagram Shops) and looking for a creative and experienced specialist to take full ownership of setting up, managing, and growing our shop presence — specifically for the US market.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee everything from shop setup, catalog management, and product listings to paid ads, organic growth, customer queries, and coordination with internal teams. Working closely with our in-house design team, you’ll plan campaigns, optimize listings, and drive brand growth across Meta platforms. This role demands both creative thinking and analytical skills to boost traffic, engagement, and sales.

What We’re Looking For:

o Proven experience in launching and growing Meta/Instagram Shops for international (preferably US) ecommerce brands.

o Strong understanding of Meta Ads, product listing optimization, and social commerce.

o Background in home textile or apparel niche is highly preferred.

o Creative mindset with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Work Details:

Location: Fully Remote Opportunity

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: Q4 (Oct - Dec): 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (PKT)

                Q1–Q3 (Jan - Sep) : 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (PKT)
