✨ Responsibilities:
Create, manage & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Conduct audience research & implement targeting strategies
Monitor performance metrics and optimize ROAS
Prepare weekly performance reports
Stay updated with the latest Meta policies & trends
🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience in Meta Ads management
Strong understanding of A/B testing, ad creatives, and analytics
Ability to work independently during the given shift
Excellent communication & reporting skills
