Diners looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser - Perfume to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our fragrance category.
This is a key role for someone who can independently handle the function from the ground up and build a strong team over time.
๐น ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Manage complete merchandising operations for the perfume category
โข Source and develop vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure product quality
โข Plan and execute product development in line with market trends
โข Oversee inventory planning, assortment, and product lifecycle
โข Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product launches and availability
โข Establish processes and build a dedicated team for the function

โข Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in perfumes or related category
โข Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
โข Ability to work independently and take ownership of the category
โข Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of market trends
โข Leadership potential with the ability to build and manage a team
