Monitor and follow up on failed or declined payments
Perform monthly invoice reconciliations for memberships, labs, vaccines, and related services
Maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date billing data
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing workflows
Support reporting and operational analytics

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
Strong data analysis and data management skills
Experience in medical billing or healthcare operations
Experience with Hint Health and AtlasMD is a strong plus
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
