We're Hiring | Marketing Services Executive
Genetics Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Services Executive to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree
💼 Experience: 3–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute Conferences, CMEs, and other marketing events.
* Manage event branding and collect post-event service feedback.
* Source quotations and negotiate competitive rates with vendors.
* Coordinate promotional materials, giveaways, visual aids, and display materials.
* Forecast and plan promotional inventory to ensure uninterrupted availability.
* Prepare comprehensive event and marketing reports.
* Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and sales through ICRM reporting.
* Evaluate marketing data and generate insightful reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
We're Looking For
✔️ Strong organizational and event management skills.
✔️ Vendor management and negotiation abilities.
✔️ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
