Marketing & Design Associate

Remote Opportunity

Evaluate Medicolegal is  looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Design Associate to support our marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, webinars, conference materials, and database management. You will design visual content, execute marketing campaigns, assist in conducting webinars by coordinating with speakers, and maintain our database for email extraction and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design engaging social media posts, banners, flyers, and email campaign visuals.

2. Assist in creating materials for webinars, including slides, graphics, and promotional content.

3. Coordinate webinars with speakers, managing schedules, content, and technical setup.

4. Support marketing campaigns and event materials such as business cards, flex banners, and brochures.

5. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

6. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team.

7. Maintain and update our database for email extraction and lead generation.

8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding campaign or webinar requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.

- Experience designing social media content, email templates, and marketing collateral.

- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with speakers, team members, and clients.

- Experience assisting with webinars, live events, or presentations is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Basic database management skills, and experience with lead generation.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

- Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and email design.

- Experience in content production for videos, reels, or other short-form media.

- Experience with CRM tools or research for building contact lists.
