Position Title: Manager Warehouse & Logistics
Location: Korangi, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities
📦 Warehouse Operations Management
· Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, dispatching, and transferring raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
· Optimize warehouse layout and ensure efficient use of space.
· Guarantee timely and accurate dispatches to retail outlets and distribution partners.
📊 Inventory Control & Accuracy
· Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes.
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies, stock variances, and product damages.
· Collaborate with planning and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
🚚 Logistics & Distribution Coordination
· Manage coordination with internal logistics teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Track and improve vehicle turnaround time and dispatch efficiency.
· Assist in distribution planning based on sales forecasts and stock replenishment requirements.
📑 Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain comprehensive documentation for all inbound and outbound warehouse movements.
· Generate timely reports including inventory levels, stock ageing, dispatch performance, and key operational KPIs.
✅ Compliance & Safety
· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the warehouse facility.
· Lead implementation of 5S, lean practices, and other efficiency and cleanliness initiatives.
· Ensure full compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and internal audit requirements.
👥 Team Supervision & Training
· Lead and manage warehouse personnel including supervisors, pickers, loaders, and equipment operators.
· Conduct regular training sessions on safety, warehouse systems, and operational best practices.
· Monitor team performance and foster a disciplined, high-productivity environment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment. • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes.
