Manager – Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
📍 Location: Faisalabad On-site
We are looking for a skilled Manager SQA to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our mobile apps, web applications, backend services, APIs, and server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Test mobile apps (Android/iOS) for functionality, UI/UX, regression, and device compatibility.
Perform web testing for browser compatibility, responsiveness, and frontend/backend integration.
Conduct manual & automated API testing (Postman, JMeter, Swagger).
Validate deployments, logs, cron jobs, server configurations, and monitor system performance.
Develop automation scripts (Selenium, Appium, Cypress — preferred).
Perform performance/load testing and identify bottlenecks.
Prepare test plans, test cases, and bug reports with proper documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams throughout the sprint cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT.
4+ years of QA experience (mobile, web, APIs).
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, agile methods.
Hands-on with Postman, JMeter, Charles Proxy, Jira, Firebase Crashlytics.
Excellent debugging, communication, and leadership skills.
