We're Hiring “Manager Quality Control”
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Sciences.
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in plastic processing industry.
Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving, Decision Making & Knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO-9001, 13485 etc).
JOB PROFILE
•Lead and manage the entire Quality Control function across the plant.
•Ensure that all products conform to customer specifications and regulatory standards.
•Supervise the use of inspection tools and testing equipment to validate product quality.
•Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, SOPs, and test records.
•Conduct and lead internal audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
•Conduct internal trainings to strengthen quality awareness.
•Able to perform internal audits & perpare for external audits.
•Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis.
•Drive continuous improvement in processes, reduce product defects, and maintain strong communication with clients on quality matters.
