Manager Productions

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Productions for one of its verticals Allume Solar Company Private Limited. The incumbent will lead manufacturing operations, drive production excellence, and ensure the efficient delivery of quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all production operations to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual output targets.

- Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure efficient execution of production plans.

- Ensure compliance with established SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies across all production activities.

- Monitor and drive key production performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, downtime, rejection rates, rework, scrap, and manpower productivity.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to address quality issues, material shortages, and equipment-related disruptions.

- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to minimize process deviations, defects, downtime, rework, and scrap.

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

- Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HSE, and other cross-functional teams to enhance overall plant performance and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable institution.

- 10–12 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly line operations, or plant operations with 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.

- Strong expertise in production planning, assembly line management, manpower utilization, and shopfloor leadership.

- Proven experience in production KPI monitoring, OEE analysis, downtime management, loss reduction,5S implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Sound understanding of SOP compliance, process documentation, quality systems, safety standards, and audit readiness.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, cost optimization, and waste reduction.
